Pros

Pay, Benefits & flexible work at home policy

Cons

Mid level and upper management staff is lacking clear direction and strategy. The environment doesn't foster a team environment where people are encouraged to share ideas and talents for improving business problems and overall environment. There were consistent layoffs and no clear direction on how the company was going to meet their goals. Company is struggling financially(as reported in quarterly earning reports) and that is demotivating to staff. Communication from management is often lacking which creates a uneasiness in the day to day work environment. Steer clear from this company if you are looking for growth opportunities and stable environment.

Pros

When a project goes according to plan you can work with some great people and make decent money.

Cons

Bad behavior is tolerated when you have a weak team member. They are allowed to remain on payroll, even if they do not effectively contribute. The burden is often placed on the team members willing to pick up the slack. Promotions are not given to the most qualified. They are randomly assigned. There are some horrible scoring directors as a result.
