Business outlook
Pros
Salaries were above average and mid-level managers aka district managers were solid, experienced, education sales managers who came from education and new the market. Vacation time was generous, health plan..decent.
Cons
UPPER LEVEL EXECS KILLED THIS FORMER #1 ! They made terrible hires for the re-org of 2013-2014., then unleashed their unqualified execs to fire and get rid of some of the most experienced and talented people in the business, who now compete with Pearson. The blame starts with John Fallon and his ratings show it. Used to be tons of fake reviews for him and now no one will do them anymore.
