Where do I begin? Let’s start with leadership my director is very and I mean very unprofessional. The guy can’t even run a basic team meeting. His concept is very outdated. Micro managing, he prepared to make 80 calls a day on clients that are getting the same callls from your own colleagues and from paycor. The product isn’t that good. All the amazing improvements they’re making companies like rippling, paycom, paylocity and ADP have had them for years. The customer service is awful. Best part is your pay on commission. It’s a monthly payment that doesn’t start until the deal runs a month after. It’s a whopping 10% commission haha. Company sucks.
