Paychex interview questions

Very straight forward STAR format. The questions were average to answer as long as you’re familiar with STAR based interviews. Outside of that they allowed the ability to ask additional questions at the end and had great conversation.

Medium difficulty, the first interview was a phone screening with an HR rep, second interview was with a hiring manager, and last and final interview was a ride along in person interview.
