Under paid for the industry
Had a District Sales Manager call one of my reps an “F-in idiot” in the office, so that was interesting.
Policies change quite a bit and depending on the year only benefit certain divisions. For example PAYX has an obligation to their stock holders to grow their 50+ employee space, so they’ve created policies to increase revenue/opportunities but at the expense of their SMB division.
Culture & Morale is low. Feels like a battle between internal partners on every sale because of the ever changing and confusing policies in place.
The 50+ Employee team (Mid Market) is filled with combative, unprofessional leaders.
