Pros

Great benefits, professional company culture, excellent sales training (Top 125 in U.S.), Work vs. life balance pretty good, great company to start sales career and move on in 1-3 years, Great reputation in the industry

Cons

Base pay for territory sales rep $38K (I started in 2011 with Paychex, made this base 9 years ago with another Fortune 500 company), Commissions can vary greatly depending upon performance, Very demanding job and huge learning curve, You have to bust your butt to make $75K (Conference level), reality is about $50-$65K (and this won't come easy the 1st year)

Pros

People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

Cons

Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.

Pros

Remote work and Flexible Time Off

Cons

Low pay. Minimal to no career growth. Constant leadership turnover. Conflicting priorities from the top with little strategic direction. Endless “do more with less” mentality and burnout. Mandatory culture and positivity “training” instead of fixing the problems creating poor culture. The company has become reactive, chaotic, and disconnected from the employees who keep it running. Current CEO drove down stock price and eradicated worker morale. Terrible leadership.
