Management is very understanding and promotes a healthy work-life balance, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. The company also ensures that employees are equipped to perform efficiently by providing essential tools such as power supply support, solar panels, monitors, and sometimes even laptops. Additionally, they are fair and generous when it comes to incentives and leave, which further adds to overall job satisfaction.

While the job itself is rewarding, the main drawback has been the lack of employee benefits. However, we’ve been informed that this is already confirmed and currently being worked on, including the addition of PhilHealth, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and HMO. This is a very positive development, as these benefits are essential for long-term security and overall employee well-being.

This company knows how to take care of their employees. Listens well, understoods well and acknowledged all the employees' needs. If there are instances that there are struggles, they really ask for what help are needed to make sure resolution will be provided instantly. Aside from that, they really maintain the work-life-balance. We wok remotely but they made sure that every now and then, there would be events happening to make sure all employees will have some time and some fun out of work hours. ❤
