Empathetic Leadership and Supportive Culture - Anonymous employee PandaDoc Employee Review

I've never experienced a company that genuinely cares for its employees like PandaDoc. Leadership here is incredibly empathetic, consistently showing care for our lives outside of work. When the war in Ukraine affected our teammates, they invested countless resources to help with relocations and support for those impacted. Recently, after hurricanes hit Florida, the company was very understanding of internet outages and disruptions, provided gift cards to restock fridges after power losses, and C-level leaders personally checked in and even arranged funding for those facing severe impacts. The expectations are high but we work hard to drive results and it's so motivating to work with people who are invested in both personal and company success. It's also rewarding to be part of a product that’s constantly evolving and genuinely makes a difference for our customers. The best thing about PandaDoc is the people; everyone is committed, hardworking, and genuinely cares about one another. I'm truly grateful to be part of this team.
