      Pros

      very entrepreneurial environment: no matter what level, you can make a difference with any project if stakeholders are on boarded - there is plenty of opportunities!

      Cons

      cons are actually part of the industry (and therefore for some people also pros): very fast changing environment, processes only work so far given that all & everything can change over night.
