Pros

Young, energetic working population with some exception in key areas of the business. 45% Employee Discount for F&F Opportunities for Adidas people Living Wages - can survive and party occasionally, but no where near "Other" brands, especially below the Director level. If you have opportunity in a better company like ///, always choose that.

Cons

- Intellectual / Skill level: People working on products does not know anything about product, as we've been making discounted products for years - everyone has lost sense of making high quality products. - New ideas are brought to life using old process by outdated marketing minds. - Always look to get rid of people first in difficult situations. - Overall, not an exciting company, which include people, products and place.
