      Pros

      It is a paying job and it is apparently pandemic proof.

      Cons

      Corporate America at it’s worse! Management is the worst it has ever been, they can’t lead us because they don’t even know where we are headed. We have a management team coming up with gimmicky ways to sell paint and you can tell whoever came up with it has never worked in a paint store a day in their life.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
