      Very political and traditional manufacturing company

      Geographical exposure because you may get a chance to travel to different countries

      1. Very political that you have to please your boss and group of servants beneath. 2. Old school culture, they do not accept new ideas, just follow the old ways of doing things 3. No IT investment, tons of different old systems which find it hard to retrieve the accurate data for further analysis. 4. Compensation is bad as compared to other MNC in Asia, 12 months salary plus 1-2 months bonus, annual pay raise around 2% max. 5. Worklife balance varies in different dept, usually lower grade have to stay long hours.

      I have a very laid back boss with lack of experience. Very suitable for employees who don't want a competitive working environment.

      led by incompetent management that only play politics , and just talk with our actions. There are many office politics. You will have a management that doesn't care employees development and that means you will see lack of career development
