Pros

There's a new office and updating furniture in the other locations. I 've worked and work with a few good people here.

Cons

There is a lot of broken processes, overworked employees, no real rewards, no goals and no communication. High turn over in the company and as well as customers leaving due to issues that are delayed and I don't know if it's budgeting or poor management. Overall it's a company without any direction and no clear sense of identity for a company that has been around for 15 years.

Pros

The shared culture of success is unparalleled. That fact that everyone really cares for one another and really enjoys seeing others do well is exciting.

Cons

Growing pains as we add new services and expand our network reach.

Pros

- Small company that it feels like you have a second-family - Semi-relaxing work environment - Company vehicle and credit card to use (with limits)

Cons

- VERY low pay compared to other companies, with reasons being employee is not experienced, company has a small budget, costs, etc. - Hostile work environment where your work and personality is constantly being critiqued - CEO is bias toward employees - Overworked and underpaid. There'll be times when employees have to work late into the night beyond midnight to fix or upgrade equipment with no overtime, and have to go to work at 9 AM the next day - Sick Leaves and Vacation are not paid, as per contract - Management would blame on employees for mistakes that they've made or lack of instructions that resulted in errors - There is no clear benefits or possible advancement in the company. You are hired and worked as a temp even when you're there 3-4 years
