Pros

Product widely agreed upon as market leader, performs as or better than expected, making it an easy product to sell. Overall, staff is outstanding, truly enjoy the people I work with everyday, both reports and leaders. Company is maintaining exceptional growth even with economic downturn, and customers are very engaged and excited about the solution

Cons

Not much so far. Compared to roles at previous "blue-chip" tech companies, any criticism would be minor by comparison and currently not worth noting.
