Pros

Flexibility is great especially if you have children, Lots of support from management, raises every year.

Cons

Company goes by percentages in regards to your hours, for example i am a part time employee with an FTE % of 60, there for I am entitled to 24 hours weekly minimum. Full time employees can still have as little as 30 hours a week. They also do not do background checks on patients who are being seen in the homes.

Despite the fact that leadership touts patient centered care—their actions prove they only care about one thing: profits. Every metric, KPI, and action item is solely focused around maximizing profits. Severely understaffed teams and lack of support from leadership leaves teams vulnerable to mistakes. Also office politics matter way more than anything else. If your leadership likes you? You can do no wrong and everything will be swept under the rug. If they feel threatened by you? You can rest assured you will micromanaged and managed out. A once great company has morphed into a money grab. But that’s also what you expect when you have a COO who has zero operational experience.
