      Great team but ineffective leadership and management issues

      Pros

      My team was great, save my manager and upper leadership.

      Cons

      Leadership does not care what's best for the patient, everything is a brush off to RCM with a "billing will fix it mentality". Certain people in management cannot be told no and if they are they throw a tantrum like they are 5 years old.

      Polite staff but long wait times for prescriptions

      Pros

      I’ve been using this pharmacy for a few months now because it is close to my house. The staff is generally polite, and I've never had a prescription filled incorrectly. However, the experience is consistently mediocre.

      Cons

      Every time I drop off a paper prescription, I'm told it will be ready in 20 minutes, and it always takes about 50. The automated text alerts are also a bit of a coin toss.
