      Met some amazing people while working there. Benefits are decent.

      Management is terrible. They overwork the clinical techs and would blame us for everything that would go wrong.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
