Wonderful supervisor, meaningful work, decent pay.

Not worth it for far commutes, limited milage reimbursement, sometimes the app can be frustrating to use.

The client's and families are lovely

The other program supervisors ALL gossip and talk trash on upper management but become really tight lipped when it matters. Most of the upper management are related so upward mobility is near impossibe. The pay is low and the Regional Director had to be begged just to provide proper PPE for staff. The list goes on and on.....
