Paid mileage; about 65 cents a mile. Good pay Great clients
Cons
Limited paid mileage accrual; can't exceed 30 miles a week. Had to wait around for a client for a month before starting. Not entirely organized and communication isn't as good as it should be.

Benefits are offered + company vehicle when traveling to clients. Very diverse and ethnically-accepting. Purposeful work.
Cons
Owner of OneWell is not a good person on any level. On the surface, he is friendly and welcoming. But once you start working there, he is VERY short-tempered, inappropriate, exhibits lack of care for home life, and makes high-demands. Female employees have reported unethical behavior to me. Poor work/life balance if you want to climb the ladder.
