Pros

So customer-service is never a walk in the park. People 99% have a problem that they're already heated about. What makes the difference when working at a company is the resources you have to try and make the customer (or in our case Members) happy. OneShare has invested in SalesForce, has initial and ongoing training, and a pretty good management team who knows what they're doing. That makes the difference.

Cons

Members aren't always aware of what they're a part of, so educating is important and takes patience

Pros

I worked her previously, left, and came back. And I came back for a few reasons, but one of the biggest ones is the people and the culture here. This is a good team that supports each other. Even when giving notice and moving onto my next thing, they are supportive and want you to win. This is a team of exceptional talent, and while they have had their bumps in the road, the current leadership is excelling at driving this company forward and bringing a powerful company culture into play. Working model is hybrid, the company has great HR, and many people who work here have stayed for 4+ years. That says so much in itself.

Cons

It's growing - wouldn't expect any kind of bonus or complex comp structure, but growth opportunities internally are here.

All workers feel the same about leadership-terrible . Very fake and shady.
