      It's a Health Care Sharing Ministry that aims to help Christians share each other's medical expenses by providing affordable sharing programs that align with their beliefs.

      - Leadership is a disaster-cold, arrogant, and completely out of touch - Employees are fired without warning or explanation, like we're disposable - Effort means nothing here-hard work is ignored and disrespected - The toxic attitude from the top makes it is impossible to feel secure or valued

      My experience with the horrible leadership of this company is nothing but unpleasant. The leaders here at OneShare Health are your typical bullies who just boss people around. They don't actually do anything that resembles genuine leadership. They just tell people what to do and sometimes use their positions to coerce us.
