Pros

International experience across several continents. Interesting projects and (top-class) clients; some good consulting tools. A good mix of people working there, some with excellent knowledge and experience. In good competition with McKinsey and BCG.

Cons

Work-life balance doesn't exist, basically no vacations (only when there is no project), little career progress, no sabbaticals. Tough project work - work days up to 22 hours. No respect for the individual. Bad knowledge management system - really something to improve! Compensation varies greatly on location og home office - you might be in the same project (even in your home country) with somebody at your level but earning double (or half).

Pros

Good culture, solid pay, good benefits

Cons

Same as with most big companies. HR a little too focused on DEI and feel good inclusion initiatives over things that matter to most employees and clients. Top management messaging is generic and seems forced. But all senior leadership seem fairly genuine and good people vs. hyper focused on dollars alone.
