The product is wonderful amd works nicely.
Cons
Leadership, competition, pay, career longevity. Executive leadership plays favorites and has brought in those they know and previously worked with vs. keeping the talent they already have in the field. It is a shame to see the company losing great people bc of this. Lack of communication from leadership leaves the field feeling lost and unsure of direction. Goals are unattainable. Pay has gone down and is much harder to make much of any commission. Culture is non existent too. Lake of marketing materials for the field, restricted samples and carstock to help grow a reps territory and compete with other skincare lines.
