Products: Nu-Derm is the gold standard for removing hyperpigmentation (dark spots.)

Cons

Upper management in way over their head. There have been few new product launches. It's hard to hit sales goal, especially when products are systematically not available to order. There are no opportunities for advancement. Open positions are not filled within the organization.

Great skincare products. (Free for employees). Flexible work schedule and quality product within a growing industry. Likely to be acquired by a larger company.

Cons

Marketing has all the responsibility but no ability to make decisions. The VP of Sales makes all of the decisions. They have gone through two full marketing teams within the past 4 years. High turnover, with poor inexperienced management.
