Product development is mostly reactive, which puts engineering teams under constant pressure and leaves little room for proactive technical work or meaningful long-term planning. Morale tends to stay low due to stress, lack of recognition, and the constant handling of last minute priorities. Teams are small considering the complexity of the product. During crises, blame can take priority over learning and improvement. There is little to no structured training. The hybrid work policy feels out of touch with reality. Many employees spend most of their time on calls with colleagues in other locations, so in-office requirements often feel unnecessary and unproductive. There have been leadership changes, which could help, but similar changes in the past have had limited visible impact. Things go badly, restructuring happens, and the cycle eventually repeats with limited lasting improvement.
