Been here three years. LOVE IT. Smart people. Fun people. In a growing market. Everyone is equal, no real hierarchy. And customers love the product. Great location too. Easy to get here on the train. Lots of fun stuff around. Great work/life balance. FOunders are young and a bit inexperienced but that's actually a positive in many ways.

Growing pains, like anywhere else. Product is sometimes hard for people to understand cuz it does so much. Market is growing, but not exploding. Should happen though given CSCO, HP, etc. in the same space.

Great company idea. Demand on analytics is increasing. But poor execution and poor management is killing it.

Don't know where to start. Poor management. People joined and left due to the lack of the minimum decency of management. They treated us as slaves with no appreciation. The product is a failure. Has no merit. Actually, it keeps collapsing by the day. It does not scale for more than two small customers. The product received huge amount of data and has to discard over 98% of it. It does not provide any useful outcome because of the almost nothing in the product. The pipeline never succeeded on a single day without manual tweaks and manual discarding of the volumes of data. The managers are bossy and caused all the good people to leave. They hired very low end engineers and keeps covering them. I said it before I left and will see. This company will shut down soon. They are struggling to hire anyone of decency. People are scared from leaving reviews because of the documents they forced us to signed when we quit working for such company. That is why you see only good reviews here. I had to tell the truth.
