Interview
I received a call from Dan via a recruiter. He explained the product and claimed they have over 50 Fortune500 customer. Then he said the process is for me to have two phone interviews and then onsite. The first phone interview was with a software engineer that I don't recall his name. His english was very weak.
Then another technical call with someone called Murtaza who said he is the chief of data science. Asked me data structure problems and a recursion question.
For the onsite, I went to the office. It was like a scam. Not an office of the company. It turns out they have no customers. Only a few partners. They had so many employees who leave in less than 3 months. I met with employees and apparently it was just a scam. I did not call them back.

Interview
Dan, the VP, called me via a recruiter. We chatted for 30 minutes about the product, the vision, and the role.
Then I had phone interview with the CTO. I guess it was more about the culture fit.
Then I was invited onsite for technical. I met with Dan, the VP who gave me two questions: 1) about basic algorithm 2) about multithreading.
Then I met with Christine, she is really inexperienced and I do not know how she is leading the UI team. Anyways, she asked me visualization questions. Data and how to visualize it.
Then I met with the AI lead, Murtaza, he asked me about hash map. Just write a program with direct index. Also, very inexperienced guy and I do not know hw he ended up named director of AI.
Unfortunately, I accepted the offer. I wasted one full year of my career. And at the end the company now is sold and we got zero value from our options.
