- Good, supportive colleagues and local leadership team

Cons

- Profit before wellbeing, despite being a "charity", it has made all colleagues at it's flagship hospital redundant and closed the hospital without giving enough notice, without providing any redeployment opportunities and without providing any significant support for colleagues.

No value placed on staff , staff are treated like they are dispensable, recently huge cuts to employee benefits and no access to online journal articles or regard for evidence based practice
