Pros
Benefits were great even compared to other big pharmas, great people and culture, great dei initiative compared to other pharma companies, flexible working hours, relatively good processes. Great science. Patient focused.
Cons
Management is clearly not trained well but they do their best. Could be more transparent. Company wide dei initiatives exist - many opportunities to join calls and discussions but in the day to day it doesn’t seem to matter as much. Probably team/department dependent. Company is restructuring often. Making changes then redoing those changes. Resulting in more and more layoffs then reposting of positions that were cut. I really liked Vas up to the announcement of the huge cuts.
