      Great compensation and interesting projects, but poor change management

      Pros

      It's a very humane corporation. In my area it has one of the best, if not the best, compensation packages. The projects the company have are very interesting and it is a very dynamic ecosystem.

      Cons

      Change management is not as good one would expect; the company is always trying to re-invent the wheel and sometimes I feel like walking on eggshells. Over the past five years I feel it is the company that had the largest rotation of personnel in the industry and that makes it difficult to imagine a future in it.
