      Comp package is average. Average benefits.

      Cons

      The management on SEIT/DevStar under Sentinel is horrible. Most people quit around 12 months. Managers are extremely toxic and openly bully people. Managers hire their friends and play favorites. Daily micromanagement and bullying. Please do not apply for anything Sentinel related. This program and their management is the worst.

      Pros

      Hybrid work environment (currently two days in office). Decent PTO that does carry over. Quarterly 1:1 with manager.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunities unless you are willing to relocate, even than it's still difficult. no cross training or shadowing opportunities for those that want to advance career. Could be better at retaining the good, experienced staff before they leave to go elsewhere.
