Pros
Good manufacturing with the parent company Nien Made. The factories supporting the products are far superior to actual sales organization. Investing in expansion to manufacture in multiple countries.
Cons
Unfortunately, the management associated with the Norman USA team has little to no experience as a top tier sales organization. Every decision made is reactive and often short sighted. The CEO leads through intimidation and ultimately squashes any opportunity for actual organic growth.
