No long hours on sales floor, flexible schedule, good benefits

Some managers show favortism. They rank you on the schedule. If you keep getting the not so good schedule, how are you supposed to move up to get the good selling hours. Each employee should get basically the same schedule. If you rotate everyone, then everyone will be there during peak selling hours and non-peak selling hours. Then everyone can succeed instead of just a handful of employees. I am a former employee. I was let go in January of 09. I was told I would be called back to work when sales picked up. I still have not heard back from them.
