- Lots of transition, I've seen many in leadership (directors, VPs, etc.) either be let go or leave on their own accord
- Many changes in management in a short period of time
- Feels like they are trying to chase after Amazon/Microsoft culture...but people come here to escape that.
- Difficult to be proactive and look for other positions within the company - can be about who you know and methods of recruitment are inconsistent
- Review model is odd with your bonus and base adjustment having little to do with your actual performance
- Multiple tools for communication used across company (split between Slack, Hipchat, Skype) making it hard to know the best method of communication when reaching out cross-orgs
- It feels like there has been major attrition for the last year, with goodbye emails being a regular weekly occurrence
