Cons
1. No transparency- Sales managers are not informed about the leads (which reaches directly to company) of their territories and are silently closed by management. 2. Sales targets are defined in a way that no employee can achieve it and if somehow employee tries to achieve, sales targets are revised in mid of quarter to ensure targets are not met. 3. A Lot of stock is dumped in market with dealers which is not getting liquidated and thus building sales pressure and outstandings. 4. No employee engagement and employee development activities. 5. Products are yet not certified by regulatory authorities indicating lack of quality of products. 6. There are rumours patient getting severly sick on Noccarc ventilator.
