The leadership team is visionary and open to ideas, especially when it comes to engineering and R&D. Got the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, startup-like culture, which taught me adaptability, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. Exposure to end-to-end product development – from ideation to deployment, which is rare in larger companies. Young and driven team – energetic environment with passionate people.

Cons

The fast-paced environment means you're always learning and adapting — which is exciting, but may feel intense for someone used to rigid corporate structures. Because of the startup DNA, you often get to wear multiple hats — which I personally loved, as it expanded my skill set and perspective.
