Pros
-Lots of talented hardworking people at company -Good place to find new girlfriend/boyfriend, lots of office relationships -Lots of opportunities to learn if you're new in your career. -Microsoft studio so it's stable -Not much crunch for game dev
Cons
-Super egos among leads. They don't like you asking questions and they give you PR statements as responses. Leads make bad decisions and don't listen to constructive feedback from players or colleagues. -Too much power given to creatives at the top, causing projects to be run into the ground -Bullies & oldschool gamerbro types make some teams toxic -A lot of favouritism, elitism, corruption, especially in management/leads -Nepotism is a serious issue at the top. Weird fast-tracked promotions and backstabbing. Favourite people given fake job titles in game credits, unfavorable people removed from credits. -Obsession with being "worldclass" despite paying employees very low, especially for Cambridge area -Very poor resource management, a few people incredibly overworked who burn out
