I applied online. I interviewed at Ninja Theory (Cambridge, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
It was a really cool process. had an initial screening call as normal, which who the senior that was conducting the interview was really great and warm. Upon being selected for the next stage where I was invited to their head office, all the stuff in the building were great. Their interview process of having multiple teams come down and give you questions was a little intense, but not in a bad way, I respect how thorough they are in the process.

Question 1
If given, lets say a £10,000 budget - what gear would I spend it on
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Ninja Theory
Interview
Very tedious and long interview process. Took around 6 months in total. Great people in recruitment, but the processes seem very out-dated and old. Could have been better communication during the entire recruitment process.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Explain your process for creating a specific art piece.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ninja Theory in Aug 2021
Interview
Applied through their site. Got an answer a few weeks later. They gave me a very small programming test before anything else. The test itself was very small, you could finish it in a few hours if you know what you're doing.
Sent the test back after working on it for a few days (the were very generous with the due date). Unfortunately a few weeks after I sent the test back is when the interview process ended for me. They gave me a vague idea what was wrong in the test, and while some of it was very clear some wasn't so I asked for clarification. Didn't get any unfortunately.
