Ninja Theory interview questions

Very tedious and long interview process. Took around 6 months in total. Great people in recruitment, but the processes seem very out-dated and old. Could have been better communication during the entire recruitment process.

Applied through their site. Got an answer a few weeks later. They gave me a very small programming test before anything else. The test itself was very small, you could finish it in a few hours if you know what you're doing. Sent the test back after working on it for a few days (the were very generous with the due date). Unfortunately a few weeks after I sent the test back is when the interview process ended for me. They gave me a vague idea what was wrong in the test, and while some of it was very clear some wasn't so I asked for clarification. Didn't get any unfortunately.
