If you're considering joining Nexleaf, think twice! Prospective funders should do thorough research and connect with actual staff, not just the leadership PR machine. With one of the highest turnover rates, Nexleaf seems to view talent as easily replaceable, disregarding the invaluable knowledge departing staff take with them. The organization lacks structure, everyone claims decision-making authority, and the loudest (and usually not very good at their jobs) voices steer its direction. Despite preaching impact, Nexleaf sells fairy tales. It's time for the board to see through the these blatant figment of imagination, replace the CEO, or risk the organization digging its own grave.
