Pros
None, really. Maybe for those who are not looking to progress: sitting on the bench while waiting for projects to realize and still getting paid. Some people even started their businesses while being unutilized. Of course, there is no job security, given the company only has 1 project/client.
Cons
Run, don’t walk. The company has no future. If you read the past reviews - it has been going downhill over the number of years, and it will not turn around, no matter what they tell you. There is a 1:1 ratio between consultants and management/internal staff, and the total count is 12(?) and going down. Instead of bringing new work, the focus lately (and always) has been on revising processes, internal initiatives, and other admin that has only added to company’s demise. There were 3 RIFs in 2025, and after each one they said it was the last one. There is no trust left.
There is one partner left (now managing).
