      Pros

      Napco has very talented people. In fact brilliant.

      Cons

      They cannot hold on to that talent. In fact, the talent they have for the most part is up in age and once they retire. Very rigid, toleration management. No flexibility. Unreasonable deadlines, You have to beg for time off.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Management is handcuffed by old timers who run/own the company. Old antiquated ideas and work processes. No creativity or reason to work there unless you like long hours and low pay.
