Pros

1. Selection Process is quick. They conducted 4 different interviews with different people and I had offer letter same day. 2. biweekly salary which I feel is a +ve thing about this company.

Cons

1. Ntt data has acquired many companies. Keane India is one of them. I worked with the team who were basically Keane employees. They are very bad managers. 2. Discrimination - Faced discrimination on many a times. Had proof also but dropped plan to file formal complaint. 3. Dictatorship of manager is very normal. 4. You will hardly know any one in the organization other than your team. 5. HR people are doing frauds in policies and also in immigration. 6. HR people or managers many refuse anything they committed to you any moment such as GC processing which my recruiting manager said will do after 8 months but managers and HR refused. 7. Threat of negative actions - my manager said he has link all over the management and knows who all are the decision makers and which office, which cabin and which desk. He can do anything to any resource any time. Infact he did that to my previous manager and kicked him out of the project. This is what they are. 8. Hatred colleagues- some of them openly hate people based on region, language and religion. 9. Politics- managers play bad politics and they push you to do same to your resources and if you refuse then you are enemy to them. 10. And many more so join before you are satisfied with everything.

Pros

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
