      Smart working is the strongest factor. You need to get to the office at least 4 times per month

      Cons

      If you are applying for a position in Rome, consider the not fully comfortable location of the office. Rome’s a lot of traffic and the office is not extremely well connected with public services

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
