      Best part is you can move from one technology to another with support of your team. You will get exposure to different domains and it will help you to enhance your skill.

      Cons

      I think salry hike is not good at all. You need to work alot in order for hikes and all. Apart from this I think onsite is avail for 2+ years exp.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
