Pros
Not enough people who are curious, committed to learning and refuse to allow people to be put in silos. Those who are trying to improve spend too much time trying to make it a better place for clients and employees, often told only to focus on selling, selling, selling - often just time and materials on antiquated tech.
Cons
So much sniping across business units and a real blame culture, especially from leaders. Listening is not done well. Puts a positive spin on everything rather than learn from mistakes. Leadership team often says they don't know much about technology. And there is zero commitment to learning and knowledge sharing.
