      Good company but high workload - Network Engineer NTT DATA Employee Review

      Pros

      Nice environment to work in: Very friendly people, young and dynamic environment which vouches for innovation, good organization, nice documentation. Good perks like medical insurance, pension plan, food tickets, free gym, and company bonus. Free coffee at the office and free breakfast from time to time.

      Cons

      The company has been growing a lot lately, but the hiring rate has not increased at the same pace. As a result, the workload is very high. Also, delivery dates are non-realistic and service quality is decreasing.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
