      Good onsight opportunities along with heading responsibilities. Good training is given due to which knowledge increases for insurance domain.

      Cons

      HR policies and methodologies are not good. Salary structure is less as compared to the market. No extra employee benefits.

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
