Good for Japanese speaking people with technical side Good cultural activities to keep your mood fresh Reputation of company is very good at least in Japan.
Cons
Totally dependent on NTT Japan for projects, budget. Outside showcase is good but when you join its opposite. Project and your profile switching if often. If you are developer be ready to become tester, translator to tester, testers to developers... At joining they do not give salary even as per market standards
