      Lots of national support, good name (generally) to sell, diverse range, good partnerships and certifications.

      Cons

      Low pay for industry, lots of process, hard work internally to work with. No paid parental leave.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
