      NTT DATA has a lot of potential for high performers. First, there is great support from Tokyo as they continue to infuse NTT DATA Americas with innovations and products. As the business grows there are many openings in the mid-management positions for high performers.

      Cons

      NTT DATA short bench policies may improve the bottom line in the short term but it will hurt the company in the long run.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
